The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services, in conjunction with the American Red Cross, will relocate the Emergency Evacuation Center from the Manteca Senior Center (295 Cherry Ln., Manteca) to the Stockton Fairgrounds (1658 S. Airport Way, Stockton).
