Lien Date for All Taxable Property

January 1, 2026

This is the date and time at which taxes become a lien on property and when property is valued for tax purposes. Property is assessed to the person or entity owning, claiming, possessing, or controlling it on January 1.

15 Feb

Exemption Filing Date

February 15, 2026

This is the last day to timely file for most exemption claims. For due dates that fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, documents will be considered timely if filed by the close of the next business day.

10 Apr

Secured Taxes Second Installment Delinquent Date

April 10, 2026

Last day to pay second installment of secured taxes without penalty.
