July 2, 2024

The filing period for a reduction in assessed value is July 2- December 2. Please visit the San Joaquin County Clerk of the Board’s website for additional details.

03 Jul

Informal Value Review Filing Period Begins

July 3, 2024

The filing period (July 3 - September 15) for an informal review of your annual assessment begins.

01 Aug

Unsecured Tax Bills are Mailed on or before August 1

August 1, 2024

Unsecured tax bills reflect the lien date value.
