No owner information is provided online. California Government Code 6254.21 states that "No state or local agency shall post the home address or telephone number of any elected or appointed official on the Internet without first obtaining the written permission of the individual."
If you pay your taxes online, a convenience fee is charged in addition to the property tax amount paid. Convenience fees are paid to the service provider, not San Joaquin County.

Property tax payments must be received or postmarked by the United States Postal Service (USPS) by the delinquent date. Commercial postage meter dates are not valid for determining mailing date. Click here for additional information about postmarks to avoid penalties. To save time and avoid mailing issues, taxpayers are recommended to pay early online at SJCTTC.ORG.

Taxpayers are recommended to make payments online or over the phone. Cash payments can be exchanged for check or money order and mailed to our office.

We are open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The office is open until 5:00 p.m. on delinquent dates.
A payment drop box is located to the left of the Weber Avenue entrance to the San Joaquin County Administration Building. Please drop off check or money order payments only and do not deposit cash in the drop box.
