    Today at approximately 5PM, the evacuation warnings for Airport Court and Haven Acres Mobile Home Park along the San Joaquin River were increased to Evacuation Orders. At this time, an evacuation warning remains in effect for Turtle Beach. Reclamation districts will continue monitoring levees and address issues if they arise.

    Local State of Emergency Proclaimed in San Joaquin County

    Stockton, CA – Today, the Directors of Emergency Services proclaimed that a local state of emergency now exists in San Joaquin County due to extreme public safety conditions caused by atmospheric rivers and continuing cascading impacts from earlier winter storms which began on March 1. The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors is expected to ratify the proclamation during their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 14.
