    San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors Approves $2.59 Billion 2023-2024 Budget

    On June 21, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a $2.59 billion structurally-balanced budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. This reflects an increase of $370.8 million when compared to the 2022-2023 adjusted budget. The estimated general fund year-end balance for June 30, 2023 is estimated at $180 million, most of which will be transferred to reserves for future costs.
