New County service that allows citizens and businesses to process permits online starting May 6, 2024. The new permitting process will apply to the County’s Community Development Department, Public Works, Environmental Health, and the Treasurer-Tax Collector.

(STOCKTON) The San Joaquin County Public Works Department announced today that the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) approved the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Tracy Subbasin.
