Stockton, CA - In response to record levels of illegal dumping and littering in San Joaquin County, the Board of Supervisors recently launched an aggressive multi-year illegal dumping public education, eradication, and enforcement campaign targeting the County's nearly 800,000 residents.

San Joaquin County is recruiting eligible attorneys to serve as Hearing Officers. Qualified applicants must be admitted to practice before the courts of the State of California for at least five years prior to appointment. They must also reside in San Joaquin County and have worked as an attorney in the County for at least three years.
