July 20, 2026 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) have confirmed the positive identification of citrus yellow vein clearing virus (CYVCV) in a residential citrus tree in the Lodi area of San Joaquin County.

The final turnout for this election totaled 139,127 ballots cast, representing 33.9 percent of the 410,058 registered voters in San Joaquin County.
