Stockton, Calif. - Effective January 1, 2023, the Directors of Emergency Services for San Joaquin County proclaimed an emergency due to the series of winter atmospheric rivers.

(STOCKTON, CA) – On Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 10 a.m., the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors will swear in Paul Canepa from District 2 and Steven J. Ding from District 4 during the first Board of Supervisors meeting of 2023.

Stockton, CA – Effective January 3, 2023, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department (CDD) will require all permits with plans to be submitted through its online portal.
