    Update on results after 5 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2024

    Stockton, CA - As the 2024 Presidential Primary Election concludes, Olivia Hale, San Joaquin County's Registrar of Voters, issued the following statement: “We are pleased to report that processes ran smoothly during yesterday's election. Polls opened right on time and we saw a steady stream of voters coming in to vote in person or to drop off Votes by Mail ballots at our 153 polling places and at the 25 new election drop box locations.
