Stockton, CA – Today, the San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters (ROV) office officially certified the November 4, 2025, Special Election results. The final turnout for this election totaled 188,443 ballots cast, representing 46.66 percent of the 403,835 registered voters in San Joaquin County.

(*24,047 of which were returned at the polls on Election Day and 44,893 that were returned through an Official County Drop Box. The remaining 92,204 Vote by Mail Ballots were returned by mail.)

“San Joaquin County voters can be confident in the accuracy and integrity of this election,” said Registrar of Voters Olivia Hale. “From early voting through Election Day, our staff and election worker volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure every ballot was handled with care, verified properly, and counted according to State law. I am grateful for the community’s participation and trust in the voting process.”
With the certification of the results of the 2025 Special Election complete, the ROV will present the certified results to the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
