Stockton, CA — Flight Dogs, a flight training school based in Hayward, California has officially opened its new location at the Stockton Metropolitan Airport (SCK). The expansion offers a comprehensive range of aviation training programs to San Joaquin County, including private pilot instruction, advanced multi-engine, and commercial certifications.
"We are pleased to welcome Flight Dogs to Stockton," said Richard Sokol, Airport Director. "Having a high-quality flight school opens opportunities for residents interested in becoming pilots and creates new aviation opportunities for our County."
Flight Dogs, with years of experience training pilots in the Bay Area, is now bringing that same professionalism and passion for flight to California's Central Valley. The arrival of Flight Dogs at SCK enhances the region's aviation ecosystem and makes becoming a pilot more accessible to individuals in the region.
Flight Dogs' Stockton campus includes access to Cessna 172s for student pilots in their primary training phase, and Diamond DA-40 and DA-62 aircraft for those pursuing advanced or multi-engine training. The school also offers modern FAA-certified flight simulators, to support all stages of training.
"Flight Dogs was founded on the principle that everyone should enjoy the experience and freedom of the skies," said Jennifer Zierau, Flight Dogs Office Manager. "We are delighted to make flying more accessible to aviation enthusiasts in San Joaquin County."
