Who:
Every year San Joaquin County awards one-time funding to Community Based/Non-Profit Organizations during the budget process. Up to $2 million has been set aside for this purpose.
What:
Request for funding applications available for Non-County/Non-Profit organizations residing in San Joaquin County.
When:
- Applications Released: Monday, January 29, 2024>
- Applications Due: Friday, March 1, 2024>
Why:
Funding is intended to enhance the organizations’ services or further assist the completion of special projects/initiatives within their communities. It is not to support the organization’s operating expenses, but rather designed to be additional by nature, allowing the organization to expand services to the San Joaquin County community while focusing on one or more of the Board of Supervisors’ Strategic Priorities. Award amounts can vary depending on the request and the state of the County’s Budget.
