Board of Supervisors Chairman Issues Statement Acknowledging the Passing of Former Second Supervisorial District Representative Frank “Larry” Ruhstaller

Stockton, CA - Chairman of the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, Robert Rickman, District 5, issued the following statement today:

“It is with great sadness that we heard of the passing of former Second Supervisorial District Representative Larry Ruhstaller.  Supervisor Ruhstaller served San Joaquin County from 2006 to 2014, after having served the City of Stockton as a council member.  He was a dedicated public servant and a man of integrity, who shared both his time and wisdom with staff and colleagues. On behalf of the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, I want to express our heartfelt condolences to his wife Kitty and his family and friends.”
