The San Joaquin County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk's Office Now Offers Passport Services

On May 4, 2021, the Board of Supervisors approved the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk’s request to receive passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. The Office of the Recorder-County Clerk also provides additional services such as, passport photos and photocopies of the documents, if needed.  Your passport will be mailed directly to you from the Passport Agency.
