Deferred Compensation Advisory Committee

The Deferred Compensation Advisory Committee (DCAC) assists the Director of Human Resources (Plan Administrator) on plan operations and strategy for the County's Deferred Compensation plans. The DCAC consists of seven members: the Director of Human Resources, a member of the Board of Supervisors, the San Joaquin County Auditor-Controller, the San Joaquin County Treasurer-Tax Collector, the Assistant County Administrator, two employee Participant Representatives, and one employee Alternate Representative. Additionally, the County has an independent consultant to act as the Deferred Compensation plans' investment and compliance advisor, which is the Hyas Group.
