Stockton - On July 12, 2023, Sean Williams, 37, of Tracy, was officially charged at his first Arraignment with the following counts:

• PC 594(b)(1) Felony Vandalism
• PC 148(A)(1) Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest

Williams was apprehended by Tracy Police during the act of vandalizing Taqueria La Mexicana. The arrest of Williams comes after the Taqueria experienced smashed windows on multiple occasions. The Tracy Police Department is continuing its investigation into the previous acts of vandalism against the Taqueria La Mexicana.

Williams was remanded with bail set at $30,000 and a further arraignment date set for July 18, 2023, in Manteca Court.
