To register electronically, please follow the below steps:
1. Download, complete and print the Pest Control Advisor County Registration form.

2.Upload the following documents to the our online submission site Click Here
a. Completed Pest Control Advisor County Registration form
b. If not based in San Joaquin County, provide copy of Pest Control Adviser Registration form endorsed by your home base county or use the registration form from
your home county.
c. Provide a copy of Pest Control Advisor License (valid for registering year)
d. PLEASE ENSURE ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO PAYMENT.
3. Once you upload your documents, you will then be directed to our Online Payment site to pay the registration fee
: $10.00 if based in San Joaquin (home county); $5.00 if NOT based in San Joaquin (home county is in another
county – must show proof). Registration fee may be paid by Online Credit Card payment, or by Money Order or Check payable to San Joaquin County.Once registration is processed and completed, a copy of the signed registration
will be mailed. Registration is not valid until you receive the signed registration form from the Agricultural Commissioner.
