The San Joaquin County Department of Agriculture investigates all pesticide related complaints received by the department. If you would like to submit a complaint you can either call our office at (209) 953-6000, fax us at (209) 953-6022, email us at stocktonag2@sjgov.org, or fill out the below information and click the Submit Complaint button at the bottom of the page. Please remember to include a phone number where you may be reached. All complaints are kept completely confidential.

If this is a complaint about a pesticide drift happening right now and it is after hours, please call (209) 981-6037 and leave a detailed message. Be sure to include where the incident is happening (address, cross street, crops, and/or businesses involved), what you witnessed, if there are people or animals exposed, any exposure symptoms being experienced, and anything else you noticed (like wind speed and direction, or what the spray equipment or applicators looked like). Be sure to leave your name and a way to contact you. Thank you.
