New Facility Use Policy & Fee Schedule
(Effective January 1, 2026)
On September 23, 2025, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors conducted a Public Hearing to adopt revised fees for the use of facilities at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, and approved a Resolution to amend the Facility Use Policy and Fee
Schedule, effective January 1, 2026.
Eligibility for Rental of facilities will be permitted as follows:
- Group I:. Agricultural Commissioner’s Office, University of California Cooperative Extension, and the Office of Emergency Services for professional meeting or events directly related to the activities of these departments.
- Group II:. San Joaquin County Departments for professional meetings or events. (American AgCredit and San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation are grandfathered into this group.)
- Group III:. Non-profit agricultural organizations for professional meetings or events.
- Group IV:. Other agricultural organizations, public agencies and commercial groups conducting professional meetings or events of general interest related to agriculture or county government.
Note: The rental fees set forth in the Facilities Fee Schedule as incorporated into the use policies, are based on Group designation, with higher rates as the Group number increases.
