Now Accepting Applications for the San Joaquin County Livestock Pass Program

The Office of the Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and Measures, and the University of California Cooperative Extension, in cooperation with the Sheriff’s Office and the Office of Emergency Services, have created a Livestock Pass Program authorized by the Board of Supervisors, on July 9, 2024, with order B-24-40.  Individuals interested in obtaining a San Joaquin County Livestock Pass must complete an application and liability waiver, and participate in an approved training offered free.

Please contact the Agricultural Commissioner’s Office to place your name on an interest list for an upcoming free training that will be offered on a weekday morning at the Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Avenue in Stockton.
