  • Street Lighting - $40 annual rate
  • Storm Drainage - $80 annual rate

  • July 10, 2020

Sunnyside Maintenance District has been awarded a Water SMART Grant for meter installation! We expect the installation of the water meters will take place later this fiscal year and Public Works will be in contact with property owners to establish a new metered water rate that would be effective July 2021. Adding a metered water rate will result in a reduction of the annual rate currently paid on the property tax bill and will allow for a more equitable distribution of water costs among the customer in the district. If you have additional questions regarding this project, please contact Jayna Rutz at (209) 468-3697.

Financial Information

Sunnyside MD - Revenue And Expenses

The fund balance chart below shows how much money your district has saved for operating and capital replacement reserves. Your reserves are used to cover unanticipated operating expense increases, as well as pay for planned/anticipated future projects to replace or repair your system components.  One time increases in fund balance between 2013 and 2015 are due to a transfer from reserves when the reserve and operating funds were combined.
