To provide safe, reliable, and economical utility services to all customers in the districts we serve.

Overview
The Utility Maintenance District Division provides essential utility services—domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain pumping—to multiple districts governed by the County Board of Supervisors. Services span across 1,448 square miles and are supported by 24/7 emergency response.

  • Operate and maintain 30 water systems (52 wells)
  • Manage 3 sewage treatment plants and 9 pumping stations
  • Operate 70 storm drain pumping stations
  • Offer seven-day-a-week service and 24-hour emergency response
