Consumer Support Warm-Line

  • The Consumer Supported Warm-Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is staffed by Behavioral Health Outreach Workers (BHOW) with lived experience who can often relate to consumers and their families. BHOWs listen, offer support, provide resources and referrals, and can share experiences of hope and recovery.
