The following are the services provided and the rates charged for the 2023-2024 fiscal year (per Single Family Equivalent):

• Water - $915.64 annual flat rate and $1.65 metered rate per 1,000 gallons

• Swimming Pool Refill - Water rate for regular customers: $2.05 per 1,000 gallons; and out-of-area water rate: $3.08 per 1,000 gallons

• Storm Drainage - $15 annual rate

RATE INCREASE INFO - A water rate increase was passed that became effective July 2020 and allows inflationary adjustments to be applied through fiscal year 2024-25. Please see the links below for more info:
