The following are the services provided and the rates charged for the 2024-2025 fiscal year (per Single Family Equivalent):

• Fire Hydrant Maintenance - $49.24 annual flat rate
• Street Lighting - $30.00 annual rate
• Storm Drainage - $92.34 annual rate

  Three sinkholes were discovered near the County Service Area No. 17 storm drain lift station inlet. Tom Mayo Construction has been selected to rehabilitate the existing reinforced concrete pipe and encase the storm drain with a minimum of 12-inch-thick reinforced concrete to prevent future sinkhole formation. The new surface will be reconstructed with a 6-inch aggregate base and a 3-inch asphalt concrete overlay, designed to support the wheel loads of the Utility Maintenance vacuum truck during routine sump cleaning operations at the lift station.
