San Joaquin County Fleet Rental Services

Making a Rental Reservation:

  1. Open the Launch Mobility App
  2. Tap “Reservation” at the bottom of the page
  3. Set your date, time, duration, and location (Downtown Garage, BHS, Hazelton Corp Yard)
  4. Tap “Check Availability”
  5. Select a vehicle type (Compact Sedan, Minivan, etc)
  6. Confirm the details and agree to the terms of service
  7. Tap “Confirm Reservation”

Starting Your Reservation:

  1. Tap “Activity” at the bottom of the page
  2. Locate your assigned vehicle by number and license plate, then tap “Start Reservation”
  3. Complete the damage report to ensure prior damages are documented
  4. Tap “Connect to Vehicle” (must be near the vehicle)
  5. Tap “Unlock Vehicle”
  6. Enter the vehicle, retrieve the keys form the glovebox, and begin your reservation

Ending Your Reservation:

  1. Return the vehicle to its original location
  2. Place the keys back in the glovebox
  3. Tap “Lock Vehicle” in the app and exit the vehicle
  4. Tap “End Reservation”
