Bid Recap (Closed Bids)

The Purchasing & Support Services department partners with Public Purchase, a web-based eProcurement service. This eProcurement system provides vendors with automatic notification and the ability to download bids at no charge.

Closed bids are shown in the table below and can be filtered by title, number, or how recently the bid closed. To view closed bids in more detail:

1. You must first register with Public Purchase, if you have not already.
2. After registering, click the link for appropriate listing to be forwarded to Public Purchase.
3. Log in, search (if needed), and view the bid.

You may also submit a public records request if you want more information, such as bid tabulation or contract expiration dates.
