This week, the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office Charged four individuals: Cesar Avalos Godinez, 52, Lucila Hernandez Gaytan, 46, Cesar Avalos Hernandez, 20, and Francisco Castro Hernandez, 24, with involvement in an organized retail crime ring.

Allenray Castillano Calamba, 23, of Tracy, was recently convicted on two counts of first-degree murder with special circumstances: multiple murders, lying in wait, and gun enhancements. He was also convicted of one count of attempted, willful, deliberate, and premeditated murder, also with gun enhancements.

Today, the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office Charged Scott Sherman, 39, of Lodi, with one count of First-Degree Murder (PC 187) in the Tuesday morning murder of Felix Makinano, 53, also of Lodi.
