Hazardous Waste Generator Program

The purpose of this program is protection of public health and the environment from exposure to hazardous wastes by regulation of the businesses and industries that generate hazardous waste. This is accomplished through a comprehensive program of inspection, chemical emergency response, surveillance, complaint investigation, and assistance to industry, enforcement and public education.
