All of the items illustrated below are accepted by the San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility and are recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. San Joaquin County Residents may use this facility FREE of charge, however certain conditions apply: San Joaquin County RESIDENTS may bring in any of the materials listed below in any combination up to a LIMIT OF 15 GALLONS OR 125 POUNDS TOTAL. Thursday Through Sunday
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Closed Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

NO explosives, radioactive materials, medical waste, sewage, solar
panels, controlled substances, ammunitions, refrigerating units, gas powered tools, air
conditioning units, tires, large appliances, large compressed gas cylinders, and treated wood waste(TWW) are accepted at the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
