San Joaquin County, Purchasing & Support Services Department partners with Public Purchase, a web based eProcurement service. This eProcurement system provides vendors with automatic notification and the ability to download bids at no charge.
The following closed bids are posted at Public Purchase. To view a bid, you must be registered with Public Purchase. Once you are registered, click on the appropriate listing and you will be forwarded to Public Purchase where you can login to search and view the bid. Closed bids are displayed for approximately three months and then can be searchable through Public Purchase.
