Non-Emergency Repair/Service Request


Please complete the below fields to submit a repair/service request. Requests are addressed Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If immediate assistance is needed, please call the main service line at (209) 468-3357.

Request Type *
Repair requests are defined as maintenance and repair items. Examples include general building repairs such as locks, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and lighting.
Service requests are defined as work outside of maintenance and repair that does not involve change in space or space classification or does not require professional engineering or permitting. Examples include carpentry and painting beyond the planned maintenance cycle, structural/physical changes of interior space, locksmith alterations, re-keying doors and/or replacement of door lock hardware.
