Hazardous Waste Tiered Permitting

The purpose of this program is ensure that hazardous wastes treated on site prior to reuse or disposal are stored, handled and disposed of in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Inspection, surveillance and permitting is required as part of the county Unified Program.
