Stockton - District Attorney Tori Verber Salazar is proud to announce community organization El Concilio will be joining the Family Justice Center as an on-site partner to provide services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, human trafficking, and stalking.
The Family Justice Center is the crown jewel of our county," said District Attorney Tori Verber Salazar. "Since its establishment in 2018, we have assisted nearly 7,000 victims. These survivors only have to come to ONE location in order to receive services and be connected to our wonderful county and community partners."
Family Justice Center Program Manager Suzanne Schultz stated, "We are thrilled to welcome El Concilio to our ranks. They join fellow Family Justice Center partners in providing real-time assistance to survivors and their families."
In the Family Justice Center, victims and survivors can receive wrap-around services with the District Attorney's Office, Stockton Police Department, Women and Children-Youth and Family Services, Community Medical Centers, Department of Child Support Services, County Office of Education, Child Abuse Prevention Council, Human Services Agency, and now- El Concilio. El Concilio will be available for translation services, immigration services, family and childhood wellness, and more.
