City Selection Committee

Welcome to the San Joaquin County City Selection Committee webpage. The City Selection Committee is comprised of the Mayors of the seven incorporated cities within San Joaquin County. The City Selection Committee meets annually in May, and as needed, to appoint members to:

  • CAL-ID System/Remote Access Network (RAN) Committee
  • Countywide Oversight Board
  • Delta Protection Commission
  • Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo)
  • San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District Citizen's Advisory Committee

City Selection Committee meetings are open to the public and held in the San Joaquin County Board Chambers at 44 N. San Joaquin Street on the 6th Floor in Stockton. The Clerk of the Board serves as the Clerk of the City Selection Committee.
