Public comments may be made in person by attending public meetings at the County Administration Building, Board Chambers, 44 N. San Joaquin Street, 6th floor, Stockton. For a list of meeting dates click here. Capacity may be limited due to the ongoing pandemic and is permitted on a first come first serve basis.
If you cannot attend in person, you may submit written public comments of up to 250 words by completing the form below. Written public comments are submitted directly to the Board of Supervisors and Clerk of the Board. Written public comments will be read during the public meeting. Additional comments submitted as an attachment are not read during the public meeting but will be distributed to the Board of Supervisors, Clerk of the Board and available to the public. By completing the form below, you assume the risk of technical difficulties that may delay or prevent your comment from being received timely.
When submitting public comments on behalf of multiple people, please attach a list of the names of the individuals. The list of names will be read in addition to the comment.
We ask that you refrain from personal attacks during your comments. Public Comments and any attachments added to the public comment are distributed to the Board of Supervisors and Clerk of the Board. Only a Public Comment of 250 words or less will be read during the meeting. Comments exceeding this 250 word limit will not be read and will be entered directly into the record.
