Expired Improvement Districts Surplus Funds

On January 13, 2015, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. R-15-5, which  declared that surplus funds in two expired  improvement districts be  distributed to eligible property owners in those districts. The parcel numbers and ownership  eligibility dates can be found in the links below, along with a copy of the Board Resolution. The Auditor-Controller’s Office  has determined the names and addresses of the owners of these parcels during the dates indicated and  mailed claim forms to those owners.
