Maintenance Gardener Business (MGB) Registration

To register electronically, please follow the below steps:

1. Download, complete and print the Maintenance Gardener Business County Registration form.

2. Upload the following documents to the our online submission site Click Here

a. Completed Pest Control Business County Registration form

b. Completed Equipment List for Equipment Registration (second page of downloadable form above)

c. Provide a copy of Qualified Applicators Certificate or License (valid for registering year)

d. Provide a copy of Pest Control Business License (valid for registering year)

e. PLEASE ENSURE ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

3. Once you upload your documents, you will then be directed to our Online Payment site to pay the registration fee: $25.00. Registration fee may be paid by Online Credit Card payment, or by Money Order or Check payable to San Joaquin County.

Once registration is processed and completed, a copy of the signed registration will be mailed. Registration is not valid until you receive the signed registration form from the Agricultural Commissioner.
