Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) Registration

To register electronically, please follow the below steps:

1. Download, complete and print the Farm Labor Contractor County Registration form AND the “Registration and Field Worker Safety Requirements for Farm Labor Contractors” (English and Spanish versions available).

    b. To download the “Registration and Field Worker Safety Requirements for Farm Labor Contractors” (English) Click Here

    c. To download the “Registration and Field Worker Safety Requirements for Farm Labor Contractors” (Spanish) Click Here

2. Upload the following documents to the our online submission site Click Here

    a. Completed Farm Labor Contractor County Registration form.

    b. Completed “Registration and Field Worker Safety Requirements for Farm Labor Contractors:

    c. Provide a copy of Farm Labor Contractor State License (valid for registering year)

    e. PLEASE ENSURE ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

3. Once you upload your documents, you will then be directed to our Online Payment site to pay the registration fee: $35.00. Registration fee may be paid by Online Credit Card payment, or by Money Order or Check payable to San Joaquin County.

Once registration is processed and completed, a copy of the signed registration will be mailed. Registration is not valid until you receive the signed registration form from the Agricultural Commissioner.
