Stockton - This week, District Attorney Tori Verber Salazar, in conjunction with the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office, announced a complaint had been filed against Days Inn on 4219 E. Waterloo Rd., Stockton, CA.
Days Inn has become a haven for criminal activity at the cost of San Joaquin County and its residents, as well as a drain on Sheriff's Department resources for years now, with climbing calls for service. "The proprietors of the hotel are knowingly putting their patrons' health and safety at risk," said Deputy District Attorney Kelly McDaniel.
"This case is a prime example of the strong partnership between the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Office," said District Attorney Tori Verber Salazar. "This property has been a risk for years, with numerous chances to address the violations against them. Great work by everyone involved to see this complaint come to fruition."
