Family COVID Assistance Grant - Round 2

  • Application period September 1, 2021 — September 30, 2021.
  • Grants will be issued on a first come, first served basis while funding lasts.
  • Household income must be at or below 100% of Area Median Income.

Small Business Assistance Grant - Round 4

  • Application period September 1, 2021 — September 30, 2021.
  • Grants will be issued on a first come, first served basis while funding lasts
  • Business income (gross revenues) must have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Must have been in business since 1/01/2020 and have a valid business license (or equivalent license to do business in San Joaquin County)
  • Up to $100,000 available for past due (unpaid) rent, mortgage and utilities, or reimbursement of paid rent, mortgage, utilities, and PPE during the documented period of financial harm due to the pandemic (with proper documentation)

Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

The Federal and California State Governments have made funding available for residents of San Joaquin County to provide assistance in paying past due rent and utilities. Eligibility criteria for the ERAP includes the following:

  • You must reside in the unincorporated County or one of the following cities: Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, or Tracy. Residents of Stockton (within city-limits) should apply on the City of Stockton website: stocktonca.gov
  • Household income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income
  • You must have suffered financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic (loss of job, reduction in hours, or reduction in salary)
