The County Administration Building Project, located on the corner of Weber and San Joaquin Streets, has consolidated several support and service departments and administrative functions into a new, efficient, user-friendly facility that accommodates projected staff growth for the next several decades. Departments that occupy the new building were housed in various downtown Stockton locations, either County-owned or leased. Relocating these departments to the new facility has created opportunities to accommodate growth in other departments, which utilizes space vacated by the departments targeted for relocation to the new building.
