PROPERTY TAX DEFAULT (DELINQUENT) LIST

Made pursuant to Section 3371, Revenue and Taxation Code

 

I, SHABBIR A KHAN, San Joaquin County Tax Collector, State of California, certify that:

Notice is hereby given that the real properties listed below were declared to be in tax default at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2007, by operation of law. The declaration of default was due to non-payment of the total amount due for the taxes, assessments and other charges levied in 2006-2007 that were a lien on the listed real property.

The name of the assessee and the total, which is due as of the date of this publication is shown opposite the parcel number.

Tax-defaulted real property may be redeemed by payment of all unpaid taxes and assessments, together with the additional penalties and fees, as prescribed by law, or it may be redeemed under an installment plan of redemption.

If the taxes remain unpaid after June 30, 2012 the property will be subject to sale at public auction. For property upon which a nuisance abatement lien has been recorded shall be subject to sale if the taxes remain unpaid after June 30, 2010.

All information concerning redemption of tax-defaulted property will be furnished, upon request, by SHABBIR A KHAN, San Joaquin County Tax Collector, 500 E. Main St., Stockton California 95202, (209) 468-2133.
