According to San Joaquin County's
Construction,
Demolition and Landscaping Debris Recycling and Diversion Ordinance
, all waste materials, including mixed C&D loads, generated within
Unincorporated San Joaquin County must be delivered to a County-Designated
Facility..
All waste materials, mixed construction and
demolition loads and materials that cannot be recycled
or reused MUST be delivered to a facility designated by San Joaquin
County’s Director of Public Works.
