Recycled Paint Program

Latex paint is
accepted for recycling at San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste
Consolidation Facility, Lovelace Materials Recovery Facility, and North County
Recycling Center at no cost to county residents.
Recycled paint is available for
sale at $ 5.00 per gallon
in 5-gallon buckets only ($25 per bucket) at both Lovelace Materials Recovery
Facility and Transfer Station and North County Recycling Center and Sanitary
Landfill. Call (209) 468-3066 for available colors or ask the Lovelace or North
County cashiers.
Colors vary from batch to batch, but most colors are neutral
in tone.
Effective date for paint rates: January 1, 2009
