   Fleet Services is a division of the Public Works Department of San Joaquin County. The division provides a large range of internal services for our employees. Daily rentals, leasing, and asset management are a large part of the division's mission. Division headquarters is located in Stockton, California in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley.
