affected by FEMA's new Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (“D-FIRMs”), locate
the area on the map below; when you click on the area, a separate Adobe PDF*
document will open which is a copy of the actual FEMA DFIRM for that area A
legend is included on each DFIRM, to aid you in determining areas in
question. If you do not already have Adobe Reader software on your computer,

Please
remember that the new DFIRMs DO NOT GO INTO EFFECT UNTIL OCTOBER 16, 2009,
and these copies should be used only for information and planning purposes.
They are not to be used for assigning flood insurance zone designations
before October 16, 2009. To determine your property's current flood zone
designation, you may view FEMA’s current regulatory maps at:
www.msc.fema.gov.

maps found on this website are "unofficial" and meant to assist property
