• Assessment of individuals requesting sheriff's parole from county jail

Driving Under The Influence / Fiscal Unit

• Supervision of drunk drivers placed on formal probation by the courts
• Processing of fines and victim restitution
• Monitoring program participation of DUI offenders

Pretrial Services Unit

• Evaluations and assessments of arrestees for the courts shortly after booking at county jail
• Monitor Deferred Entry of Judgment cases

Conditional Probation Restitution Program

• Assertive collection of restitution for victims
• Probationers that are granted “Conditional/Informal Probation” by the Court

Family Violence Intervention Team

• Domestic violence and child abuse probation where children are in the home.

• Case management and supportive community referrals for families where a parent is on Formal Probation and there are children in the home ages prenatal to ten.
