    • Date/site change or cancellations prior to 21 days (picnic shelters) or 90 days (Auditorium/Garden/Solarium) - $25;
    • Date/site change or cancellations within 21 days (picnic shelters) or 90 days (Auditorium/Garden/Solarium) - Lose entire rental fee minus deposit
